We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we want to make sure you know exactly how our refund and return process works.

1. Trial & Testing

We encourage all users to explore BoutiqBiz through our demo or trial plan before subscribing. This helps you experience our tools and features first-hand before committing to a paid plan.

Once a paid plan is activated and used, we consider the service as delivered and utilized, and refunds are not applicable.

2.  When You’re Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds only in one case — if you’ve subscribed but never logged in or used the product at all for 3 months straight.

If that’s you, just drop us an email within 90 days of purchase, and we’ll review your request.
If approved, you’ll get your money back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3.  When Refunds Don’t Apply

To keep things fair and transparent for everyone, we don’t offer refunds in these cases:

  • If you’ve logged in or used any feature of BoutiqBiz (even once).
  • If you’ve changed your mind or your business plans.
  • If you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.

Basically, once you start using the platform, the plan is considered active and non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future billing — no questions asked.

4.  For Physical Items (If Any)

If your subscription includes any physical product (like a tool or device), returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving it.
Just make sure:

  • It’s unused and in its original packaging.
  • You email us at hello@boutiqbiz.com to get a return authorization first.

Return shipping may apply unless the product is defective.

5.  How to Request a Refund

If you’re eligible under the first condition, email us at hello@boutiqbiz.com with:

  • Your registered email ID
  • Payment invoice or transaction ID

We’ll verify your account activity and get back to you quickly.
